Hey, great painting skill! I like the idea of drawing scales. What material do you use to imitate the scale? Where can I buy this sort of net, with honeycombs. Thanks!
Just found your channel recently, really enjoy the step by step process. I was wondering on your final clear coat finish, heard you mentioned BS 2 part epoxy; compared to the KBS at the end of the video, what are the pros and cons of the BS and KBS? Also, saw your other video with the Alumilite-UV and that seemed awesome. Main thing I am getting at is clarity and durability. Thanks in advance and keep up the excellent videos.
Do not get me wrong, you're doing an excellent painting job!!! I know that you edited the vids. as everybody else's does but kept my attention how do you clean the spryer in between colors because I can tell that you're using the same spryer for most of the job. Can you show that procedure?
Cfonvip I’ll show it in future videos. But I’ll explain here. I pour the excess paint back into the bottle. Then using a paper towel I wipe out the paint cup as much as possible. Then I use AutoAir Airbrush cleaner into the cup and spray thru the brush. That’s all it takes.

i have watched all of your videos over and over they are so great, they have taught me so much ,one question how do you put the glitter on before you dip or after you dip, keep the videos coming you are really great. if you could help i would appreciate so much. thank you
Lure Me In Custom Painted Crankbaits yes I know, was wondering if you would make one. I can't get my layering right and was curious how you would do it. Thx.
Awesome videos man I subscribed!!! Couple questions though, do you use water based paints? What kind of protective coating do you use for the paint when you’re done painting the lure?
Lure Me In Custom Painted Crankbaits okay!! What’s your opinion on US Air Supply air Brush paint? It’s water based acrylic! Do you need a respirator or a well ventilated area for water based paints or no?
Graham Outdoors i haven’t bought from them. Try to find paints specifically for the airbrush. If That’s what they have then buy a few bottles and see what you think. I don’t like Createx paint. Too thick and always thinning it. To thin your paint I recommend AutoAir Reducer. AutoAir also has a great cleaner for in between color changes. If you are just starting out, check out my FB page Brotherhood of Custom Crankbait Painting. It’s strictly a learning page. If someone posts a pic of their bait they have to explain in detail how it was painted.
Lure Me In Custom Painted Crankbaits Do you use a respirator or protection when your spraying water based paints? Or do you not need ventilation or a respirator for water based paints?

A good way also to do stripes is using a plastic fork, you can even heat the prongs and bend them for a more natural look
