Thank you guys so much for coming to another video! I wanted to let you know that I was really hoping to find a location by the end of the video, I was calling a bunch of places throughout the entire week. I wish I would've mentioned this at the end of the video, but the only really solid lead I got is actually from the repair guy who came to "fix" my machine at the end of the video. He told me he was selling some of his locations, but the only spot he has even close to my area makes around $150 per week in revenue with 2 machines at an assisted living facility. He wants $5,850 for the location. They are 2 pretty nice machines, but that seems steep. Should I take the offer or keep working to find a location myself? A lot of places I called asked about a website to check out so that's a big reason why I made one and I think also going into businesses and handing out business cards will help a lot. Hope to have a second location secured soon!
Have you tried much in person prospecting? Phones are great, but feet on street, face to face has always had a better result for me in sales, both in terms of finding a lead fast and having more successful closes due to trust/rapport.
Thanks for the video. Next time, if you get a chance like in the beginning to talk to a customer, his feedback is super valuable! He was definitely a regular, and stocking a couple rows of your machine with snacks he likes would guarantee he keeps coming back.
First love your content. ❤️ 2 things to consider before taking the offer. 1 Try to find more competing places and see if you can charge them less by explaining another locations offer was lower. 2 how many people are there and what percent of them would buy from your vending machines. Hope this helps
I've got 33 machines out, and if there's any advice I can give you, it's this: Stop doing cold calls. Print a trifold brochure with your services and go into locations in person. It's easier for them to tell you NO over the phone.
Thanks for the video! I just bought my first two machines a few days ago and I am working on location number two. Cant wait to expand together, let me know if you ever find yourself in Phoenix, AZ!
Get a battery powered temperature data logger and leave it in the machine. This way you can verify the temps in the fridge. Something like a Govee logger stores the last 20 days of temps.
You might also want to look at people nearby selling locations. Sometimes you can get lucky and buy a location for the same price it costs to buy a machine and sometimes cheaper. Just make sure you actually check their previous sales in that location.
Any new business you start always give it at least 1 or 2 years, you can never expect to be profitable from the beginning, there is just too many expenses when first getting started, and also trial and error of what works and what doesn't, through repetitions things will get easier and you will look back at your early self and laugh at the way you were doing things, never give up too soon, see things through, also its an election year and economy is always at its lowest during these years, January 2025 will be a new beginning and I think many businesses will thrive next year.
Have you ever thought about just fully going for one big online business or brand instead of lots of different side hustles? You’ve got the RUclips money to fall back on.
I love watching your videos but I feel like lately more and more video time is being eaten up by sponsorships instead of content. Could we get a higher content to ad ratio please? 🙏🏻

thanks for the videos it very inspiring. you should probably try to buy a laundromat or cash wash it would make a interesting business
I would say try to find your own location for a lil longer and if you can’t find anything go with the two machines

Would be good to get a temperature sensor and camera to remotely see what's happening :)
Bro I’m surprised you haven’t just focused on an online business of some sort. Think about the scalability of the vending machine business.

40k a month...? give us the profit part only please thank u wolf
W
40k a month...that's capppp
Probably revenue not profit but doesn’t sound crazy for 40 machines
It's not cap, people make that much with less machines. It's gross revenue and not profit.
