@@stj971 She just climbs over the couch. Like our old camper had the opening from the truck cab, in the center above the back of the seat. It may not work well for us old people but it's what youth was made for! What a beautiful, whimsical demonstration of her creativity!

Unseen in video: presumably hundreds of hours research, watching and reading tutorials, and getting advice on how to make all of this! I can only imagine how much of your personal time you spent these last three years learning and building :O I am so inspired!
That's what I was thinking the entire time! All those cupboard doors and wallpapering the cupboards, building an extension to use the mirrored panel as a door, the shutters between the bed and living room/kitchen! Every door was a different beautiful detail. And she ended up with so many windows! It's sunny and cheerful more than anyone of these on the road. Just heavenly. She would make an amazing set decorator!
But if you made this video yourself, all the clips you been watching over and over for 10 times, matching right sounds and editing repeatedly, you’d be tired mentally. Impressive work and impressive presents
@@pacioctopus5439 I was thinking of that possibility, however that satisfaction of getting the edit just right with heartfelt moments of love with friends and family (puppy included!) even during editing phase… 💕 I remember doing small edits a long while ago and tearing up if it was sentimental.
@@BusOffwithJosieAs a former Londoner who transported himself to the US 24yrs and I work with ( do pretty a little of everything at times) sometimes 3,but mostly 1 Paraplegic & 1 Quadriplegic f/t who has a converted Van,with a lift,control Panel,no Steering Wheel ( so no need to lock it&a Car thieves nightmare) when he parks his Wheelchair in the driving space,it locks him in place. So he doesn't live in his Vehicle ,but we're in Vegas& he often drives to see his Parents in UTAH ( which is where he was born& raised& it's about 170 Miles one way) So he def puts some milage down.. Anyway u have done a great Job ( made it 'Home from Home') and hopefully u get to see the country& sights and eventually take it on the Ferry or Eurostar (check out Ireland aswelll) But I'm sure u know already this,but make sure u secure it well.( u do get some jealous or dodgy people out there at times) So good luck,u have one life,( minus any' Dress Rehearsal) so live it well..

Lolol I had a pink velvet chair. It became my collie’s favorite! It was near the front window and she could see everyone passing by! Growing up we had a red velvet sofa! My Mum did the house in the English Country style. And a pop of red was a MUST! Lolol❤

Said this before but again, this is the most unique, most home-like, best designed van ever! If I ever own a van or a cabin/tiny house, this will be my inspiraton.
As someone who has probably binge watched almost the entirety of RUclipss tiny home / bus conversion segment, may I just say... This is by far the best I have ever seen. It's so far ahead of anything else, it's unfair :-D The soul. The style. The character. But also the cozyness and functionality. How you got those two very different things united is beyond me. And where many "I converted x to z" videos are essentially a timelapse of rich people booking different pro contractors to do it for them (ending up with a result reminiscent of a soulless Radisson business hotel room) , you really did it mostly by yourself. Incredible. ... Allthough... There's this one character that is seemingly present in all your videos. Often in the background, but not hidden well enough. Conspiracy theory : Winnie did all the work.
Having the confidence to start a project like this with no back ground or understanding of what needs to be done is truly impressive. I hardly know which end of a hammer is which, LOL! As many have said before, this transformation is truly a work of art. You did a beautiful job and I hope that you enjoy travelling for many, many years to come. It is smart to do it before husbands, children, mortgage payments, etcetera interfere in your life. There is plenty of time for that down the road, pun intended. With the exception of my dad, I've never known anyone to be skilled, across the board! Then to find out at the end of the video that you learned as you went along?.... I'm left speechless & humbled. I can't even imagine the complexity of the behind the scenes preparations & planning it took for you to create such a lovely & charming cottage on wheels.
