For anyone building this, it works fine still in Minecraft 1.21, however, I can't say for 1.19, but in 1.21 no matter where your AFK spot is within reaching distance of placing the mushrooms, you will take TNT blast damage, so, a few tips, put a Regen beacon nearby and take all your armor off (as your armor will take damage too), the Regen beacon can regenerate your health more than fast enough to counteract the TNT blast damage

How can I build the tnt Duper it automatic explodes

this must be the first tnt duper you've ever built. You need to push the detector rail and minecart combo into place with a piston, you cant just place it down
