Today I told my 15 years old daughter come, listen this song. She told me, oh dad leave me alone with this. C'mon I said :)
She agreed with great difficulty. She listened to the song and then asked me to send it to her. In these modern ages, it's a great result.
Quality never goes out of style. It's proved, Bonamassa is timeless :) Thank you Mr. Bonamassa, your music is like a breath for a drowning man.

Music reminds me of times in my life. I think that's true of most of us who enjoy music. When my mother was in the throws of dementia at the end of her life when she did not know who I was, she could remember and even sing along to her favorite songs! Musics rest in a special part of our brains! My dad was a jazz Drummer. I'm sure he would have high praise for the drummers in this song.

As a writer, I tend to get trapped up in my own little world more often than not. For the most part, I've remained stuck inside a time warp of influences like Hendrix, Page, Trower, Santana, etc, etc, etc. It's rare that I take the opportunity to step out and discover great artists like JB. Thanks to a stranger named Chris, my narrow mind has been widened . Thanks for turning me on to Joe's exceptional talent.

My beautiful daughter and I were up a little late one night. Couldn't find anything to watch and I didn't need to stay up too much longer, because I had to hit the floor early to go to work the next day. She's changing the channel and lands on our wonderful PBS CHANNEL HERE IN THE METRO- Plex.(DALLAS/FT.WORTH TEXAS)....HECK YA!!..
AND WHAT DOES OUR BLESSED TV have on for our entertainment??!!! JOE BONAMOSSA!!!... THANK YOU JESUS!! We were swept away!! To the point of dancing in front of the TV.!! ...I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MUSIC ...in my life. Rock&Roll..Blues....I loved Jimi Hendrix..way back in the 60s. He was the greatest. Then in the 80s..along came TEXAS FINEST...STEVIE RAY VAUGHN...and he was #1...but then left us all way too early. God rest his beautiful soul. 90s came along and my kids clued me in on KENNY WAYNE SHEPARD...AWESOME!! Then things went so quiet and I lost my blues. Until that night on PBS!! Thank God! ...My Soul has been replenished!! JOE BONAMOSSA is like a light sent from HEAVEN! Playing with the King(BBKING) learning from such talent!!it's just beyond belief. Prodigy... He was born to play the music from his SOUL!!.... I admire his parents, family. They are also to be commended on their efforts to see that young man fulfill his GOD GIVEN TALENT AND RUN WITH IT!! AWESOME PEOPLE THEY ARE!! Well enough of my jibber-jabber... LET'S ALL CRANK UP THE STEREO AND LISTEN TO THE GREATEST THERE HAS EVER BEEN!!... JOE ...your one of the brightest lights in my life!! Thank you so much for every note you play...and your soulful voice that gives me BALANCE IN MY LIFE!! PLAY ON YOUNG MAN!!! WE LOVE YOU DO MUCH!!🎸🎶💜

Last night I was just overwhelmed with sadness and knew I couldn't just go to sleep, so I sat here watching Joe's videos and felt both calmer and uplifted. Thank you, Joe, for your amazing talent. I have listened to many greats, Clapton being the biggest influence but listening to Joe B's music has changed that. Something I thought would never happen..., the incredibly perfect tones from his voice, his guitar and the musicians he surrounds himself has shown me/us what a artist he truly is... To give us all music that we can 'taste' is a beautiful thing. Thank you Joe B. for your gift to us... The Best... I saw Eric's eyes at Albert Hall ... I think he would agree... I would love to hear you and Orianthi play and sing together.... Thanks for the music Joe B.!!!

I went on to RUclips and found so many great videos and the 60 Minutes interview from the 1980's when he was just 12 or 13. I was amazed and became a total blues fan due to Joe Bonamassa. I was fortunate to catch him in concert back in Nov 2018 in Tucson which was such an experience. Like others on this page I could and do listen to Joe all day.

As I see the time pass me by
Never trade you for the world

I guess it's not good enough
    This I see
    But I'll remember happier times
    Life it hits me
Comes faster now day by day
    Places that I've been
Are not the place I wanna be

I too am a grandma! I am nuts about Joe Bonamassa, and I am counting the days until he comes to Austin City Limits in November. We have tickets and I can barely wait to see him live. My only regret is that I did not know soon enough to get the "Meet & Greet" tickets. It would have been such an honor to meet this gifted young man, and thank him for the joy, and pleasure he brings into the world. He is truly amazing!

And as good as he is on DVD or CD, it's nothing to seeing him in person.
I drove to Abilene, Texas to catch him and would do it again in a blink.
Simply inspirational. Why can't we have more people like this, and fewer people bent on destruction? I hope he has a long, happy, and successful career.
His work has changed my point of view on a number of things, thanks Joe.

Stephanie, where have you been? Just try to buy a ticket to one of his shows. They sell out in 30 minutes - EVERYWHERE. So, he is both greatly appreciated and very well known as well as an amazingly talented guitarist.

I had the privelege to see him at Bournemouth this October and his closing rendition of Sloe Gin broke everyone's hearts and mended them all at the same time But this... this song at this concert is for me the pinnacle of live music performance. Matched by so very few and bettered by none.

This is the "Mona Lisa" of live musical performances! May the dude in the Ray Bans live and play forever, and may Anton Fig and Bogie Bowles get a special place in heaven. It was cool to see how much they were smiling and feeling the music in this song, they knew what was happening as one would expect. Friggin Perfect!!

What can I say to express how I feel about Joe Bonamassa? His awesome talent with such a beautiful voice, and the way he makes a guitar speak just reaches inside of you the way very few have the ability to do... Joe has a special quality about him that is very deep. He is golden... he is unique.

The real magic begins at 2:18 mark and we see the master power guitarist at work at 3:29; and the dual percussion is just about perfectly executed. Okay, I'm biased, but I'm a fan :)
