By the end of this video, you will be a master of the Sequencer in UEFN. I'm going over everything from simply creating the sequence or moving an object to more intermediate stuff such as audio or cameras to advanced things such as Dynamic Materials, Creating your own animations, Data layers, etc. This is the longest video I've ever made and I definitely only make almost hour-long tutorials once every blue moon, so I hope you enjoy it!
This is a remade version of my first 2 tutorials plus a few more things added. The originals had very good stuff in them, but the quality of the tutorial was very bad with audio, etc. So I have remade the tutorial using the new skills I've learned since then!
Also, a whole bunch of this tutorial applies to regular UE5 too.

@@howtwobossok finished it! And it was a lot! But glad to watch it! Iam guessing this cam be used along with the signal remote manager to since theres some maps when interacting with a button, a cutscene plays, and iaam guessing its same logic?

@@BryanzillaYeah, you use the cinematic sequence device hooked up to a button or any event to play the sequence you want.

Question: I made a Niagara particle effect and added it to a Sequencer. I added a track under 'Rendering; Actor Hidden In Game' and set keys for when to start and end the Visibility of the effect (beginning on 0001). The reason for this is that on 0000 the Niagara effect is showing and when I use a device (in Fortnite) to trigger my sequence to play, it then hides my Niagara effect as intended from 0001 onwards. The issue I'm facing is it does not always reactivate my effect when stopping and re-playing the sequence via a trigger to turn on/ off the visibility of the effect. Any ideas and could it be something to do with the Kill Particles setting in Niagara?
    P.S. Hon tha Irish!

Instead of using the visibility track on the Niagara effect try to use the Niagara Component track like I did at the end of the video with that small torch effect, with the activate and deactivate tracks as it's more built for Niagara effects so in your case, put a deactivate key right at the start of the sequence and an activate key right at the end.
It could also be a problem with the Finish Completion State Override in your cinematic sequence device. It might be set to keep state or something like that. Or in the edit section in the sequencer of the Niagara effect too. You'd probably want the restore state option if you want the effect to reappear even after you interrupt the sequence.
The trigger also might be set to trigger once too. Just check it JUST in case you know?
Also, FINALLY, someone noticed I'm Irish!
