“Under the Lemon Trees” is a perfect reminder of being in Tuscany, under the lemon trees. I love buying a fragrance when I am on vacation. It is so transportive. Unfortunately, sometimes the fragrance smells very differently when I am at home. I usually have more success with fragrances that are designed to evoke a specific time or place. Sometimes the notes are enough to transport me.
I want to try Blue Madeleine. I didn't know it's as tea-focused as you are saying. I'll have to check it out because I love tea. I just wore Pelagos the other day, and it was singing off my skin in the heat. It really is a good one.
One thing we all know is that every product should tell a story and you two have shown us this vividly here. To me, the ideal vacations are two: a snowy Northern woods with a cozy cabin or a Paris shop and dine in the spring or fall. One other ideal trip for me would be to Morocco again. I am going to have to identify which of all these would take me there. I am curious about Trajan, especially. Love this concept. My next trip to SF, I will check out Gigi's shop (I've ordered from ZGO!). 😊😊

I can always count on ZGO to be a part of a good list of fragrances. She was great! Sun Force was an immediate buy before any of the other Harmonist fragrances.
I enjoy the majority of fragrances from Electimuss London. Great house. Oriza L. Legrand's Foin Fraichement Coupe, Scotch Lavender, and Chypre-Mousse are all also superb. (Quick question. In your opinion, what is the most intensely cypress-oriented fragrance for men that you know?)
Hope you doing well and to have more vacations to go this summer .... now about DUSITA PELAGOS i wish i could smell it but i cant ....how ever pelagos in greek means open sea ... theres no island with tha name but all the sea around them is pelagos actually the Aegean sea in greek we call it AEGEAN PELAGOS so i am expecting to be something like deep sea open air breathing of the sea some how dark salty maybe like oud mineral with leather !?!? i dont know ... once again i enjoy your posts Sebastian and your always accurate descriptions
Have you tried Les Nobles Essence Mirage Gourmand? OMG you MUST try it if you haven’t! It’s the best almonds sponge cake gourmand I’ve ever tried!! And it’s super potent!! PLEASE try it, I would love to hear your thoughts on it since you’re also a gourmand lover like me!!
