What was your favorite moment from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse? And what other character arcs would you like to see me cover in future episodes of Behind The Arc?

I find protagonists who are sympathetic at the beginning of the movie, but who slowly becomes the villain in their own story, to be fascinating. Like Tony Montana in Scarface or D-Fens in Falling Down. It would be interesting with a deep dive in the character arc of such a protagonist.
@ Awesome suggestion, Bård! Agreed, the slow turn into the villain is a great arc and something I've been meaning to dive into. I can see myself doing a deep dive for one of those movies as well as a separate video where I compare/contrast how different movies accomplish that same arc. Thanks for the ideas!
A really good breakdown on why Into the Spider-verse rocks. It's really helpful for someone like me who is writing a story. The hero's journey is TIMELESS. It's ingrained within human nature. The eras can change; the characters can shift but one thing is constant: we love seeing heroes struggle and succeed and the Hero's journey does this in spades. And how well you implement that idea with your story can make something that's meh, Captain Marvel or something that's amazing, Spider-verse, Kung Fu panda etc.
This was awesome, thank you for breaking it down. I have a better understanding of the Hero's Journey because I love this movie, it's one of the best movies I've ever seen. Thanks again, your interpretation is so user friendly and explainable.
I love this film haha and I thought this was a really good breakdown of how the story fits into the hero's narrative arc. I'm sure many writers will find this helpful!
Thanks! I just became too busy and didn't have the time to work on this channel. But now I have a clear idea of the content that I want to make and will be posting more regularly!
