    Great tips! I agree cooking Turkey hot and fast is the ticket to that crispy skin! I really like your videos bud! I run mine at 400. Fantastic results!

    use the garlic paste in a tube its less worry to clog in the injector tube

      Ha! It is good but this one had quite a bit of excess around the neck cavity. I don't find that all this loose skin ever renders if I leave it in place so that's why I trim. Still was plenty left on!
