    Excellent way to work my back! I'm very impressed by that last move. It would be nice to have more back videos that maybe help us work our way up to that-or show an alternative that we can do has some of the same strengthening and mobility effect.

    Hello , perfect video it literally helped soo much,but i was wondering how can I holf my arms up in position in 11:24 . I can hold my arms down and side but not all the way up . Any tips?

      Yeah I have the same struggle😭😭maybe just engage your core more? My back is really inflexible tho so that might be why I can't do that pose

      ​@@y.mma09 It's gonna be as high as your flexibility. Strengthening will help with flexibility

    Day 9: Hadn't enough time
    Day 10: Done (≧∇≦)/
    Day 11: Done (≧∇≦)/
    Day 12: Rest
    Day 13: Done (≧∇≦)/
    Day 14: Done (≧∇≦)/
    Day 15: Done (≧∇≦)
    Im satisfied with results but I need work more and try different workouts.
