I stumbled across this site this morning and was delighted. My uncle Reg Amos worked at the Old Vic for many, many years and worked closely with Sir Laurence Olivier as his wardrobe manager. My uncle was involved with creating props for plays and he either wrote or co-wrote a book, if my memory serves me correctly, about making theatre props, I remember looking at the book as a child but I don’t remember too much about it or even what it was called. My father George Amos was the youngest brother of Reg. I do remember watching Sir Laurence Olivier in the film version of Othello, he was truly a great performer.
I loved the play and the theatre! It hat a really cosy, casual atmosphere without being trashy. I was shocked though, how most of the audience left the hall. There was so much trash and even fruit pieces all over the floor. That's no way to treat a great place like this! I hope I'll get to visit the old vic again.
I work at the Kings theatre in Southsea & am appalled at the way people leave the theatre. We are forever getting chewing gum off the carpet where it has been trodden in. The worse part is that they seem oblivious of the fact that they have done anything wrong. Lately we have had a lot of people very much worse for wear with drink. Totally out of order!
Daniel's so handsome

Daniel will always be remembered from me by the little cute boy who made everything possible in Harry Potter like opportunity wise
Josh said "before you" instead of "after you" and Dan is as cute as ever
