Only just catching up on this series. My mother lives about 10 minutes from that piece of road and my wife and I were married there. I still keep an S1 Elise down at my mother's place pretty much for the express purpose of driving that road when I'm down there. I also know the owner (he's got plenty more nice toys!) and have done a couple of trackdays where he's had some of them out to play. Brilliant video, so well put together. Newly subscribed!

Great to see you here in NZ Sam. If you thought that road was epic you need to try the road over the crown range between Queenstown and Wanaka in Central Otago South Island.
Best video so far. Only driving and two great cars. The first time we could feel your emotions while driving. More of this for the rest of the tour, please!
Brilliant Sam, one of your best. You’ve discovered why I’ve been back there every second year for the past decade. The roads there are so much more enjoyable than in Oz and they are everywhere. I don’t know how far south in the South Island you are going but if you get to Queenstown, as someone posted before, go via Wanaka and the Crown Range Road. It’s a beaut. Then there’s the road out to Glenorchy from Queenstown. Spectacular alpine lake scenery and a road that follows the lake edge. One of the best.
This was a true delight. The visuals were superb but I think it’s important to point out how good the sound capture was too. It sounded as good as it looked. Absolutely wonderful!
Just watched your three most recent videos back to back. Been following you for years and the videos just get better. I love cars but for me Porsche will always be my favourite brand. Love the ninja moves at the end.
