Dear sir, At rated current curve, when time is zero i.e. exactly starting point, N = 0, that means, slip is maximum. So peak current should be at this point. Why peak current is after few minute, when N have some value, means Slip is lower than exactly starting position. Hope i explained the question correctly.
Slip is the difference between motor synchronous speed or flux speed say Ns and Rotor speed N. Say, slip = Ns - N During starting time slip (s) is maximum because During starting time only rotating flux speed is there with 0 rotor speed. Hence, Slip (s) = Ns (max slip) But After sometime, Rotor circuit gets energised and As per Induction motor theory Rotor speed try to catch the Rotating flux speed. Means there is existence of Rotor speed now. Now, Slip (s) = Ns - N : if N increases Slip decreases. & I m already mentioned during starting only current shoots. Not after Rotor speed N have some value.

Sir what can be the reason if the ampere is low while purifier is in normal running condition
why current increasing during de-sludging?
Bcz of we cut off the oil supply and start desludging so current starts increasing.
Sir, when load on motor is decreasing during desludging, why rpm is reducing??
During desludging operation motor loss it's some momentum. Which leads to decrease in motor rpm slightly.
