    There are 6 slots for friction pads but still we use 3 pads why ?
    Unable to connect reasons ...
    I hope to attain speed gain gradually .
    Reduce overall friction gain abruptly.
    Reduce centrifugal force required to move pads outwards for a definite time
    Reduce inertia on motor shaft initially .
    (More pads more mass more inertia to overcome more centrifugal force required for engagement ).
    To provide a backlash phenomenon in pads during time of stopping so that pads may not overlap and hence life and friction characteristics maintained longer ...
    Suggest me if any more reasons !!!

    मेरी अल्फा लावल mab103 मशिन मे जैसे ही हायड्रोलिक आँईल आता है
    तभी मशीन मोटरकी स्पीड कम नहीं होती हैं लेकिन बाउल की स्पिड कम होती हैं और बायपाससेही आँईल बाहर आता है
    क्या वजह होगी

      Because of gear ratio between horizontal shaft worm wheel and vertical shaft worm gear ( pinion) .. like 14:1 hence bowl rpm much higher than motor rpm .. any correction always welcome 🤗
