Aal u can do is u can take a hacksaw blade and give a patch line and make it rough.. So u can use still spare arrives

Thanks for your query sir.
Pick the best friction pad ur having...
Give a small cut which can be less than 1mm symmetricaly cut entire surface of the pad.
Monitor starting current aftr fit up.
This can prolong till u get the new spare.

Use the old Friction pad.. Just make a vertical and horizontal scratch mark on the old friction pad... U can use it till u get new
