Thanks for your query sir. Pick the best friction pad ur having... Give a small cut which can be less than 1mm symmetricaly cut entire surface of the pad. Monitor starting current aftr fit up. This can prolong till u get the new spare. Hope this reply will satisfy your query.

During operation bcas of heat rubber band vl get melted. It don't affect the pads sir..
This rubber band is everything! 😀

Sir suppose friction pad is been worn out & no spare onboard.What action required to run the purifier.
Aal u can do is u can take a hacksaw blade and give a patch line and make it rough.. So u can use still spare arrives

Use the old Friction pad.. Just make a vertical and horizontal scratch mark on the old friction pad... U can use it till u get new
