If I may, your range is perfect for Six Black Heavens Guns, Requiem, Just Lean, among many others. You have a really pleasing sound tone to your voice when you finish notes, idk how to articulate this well enough, but you can maintain notes and finish them wonderfully, hence why I can see you starting doing covers and if I’m honest we’re starving out here for GG covers, so in every regard I love this and hope you try some more.

Allot of what makes guilty gear tracks great is melodic harmony of the lyrics sang. Your voice might be great, but ultimately there's "uncanny" feeling to it because there's no harmony. For example at 0:41 you sing that last line before fade away... for the lack of term knowledge and english not being my first language - "donwards", when original sang it "upwards", overall creating this feeling of out-of-tune instrument despite it being a vocal cover, because the voice is considered an instrument in such tracks too.
I wanted to like it but overall felt like hearing a good singer doing a drunk karaoke :/
I see what you're saying! This track was a little tricky. Because he has a vocal register that can reach super low notes, his "that's the walls of this cell" is going to be on the lower octave and didn't give me the upper hand. I was singing on the upper octave which granted me little room because my silly little voice couldn't get to that high note in the end. The decision to make it sound this way in my cover not only sounded better than me straining, but it helped me maintain the energy! Thanks for giving it a listen :)
