The fact that huggys left and right poses is him just walking makes me wonder if a note is held long enough he'll never return.
He automatically walks back to the origin point after a few seconds of inactivity
He does in the first version of this song at the end he does two long left notes and just goes off screen and at the end walks back like nothing happened. (Plus at the beginning of the song he does this but without the note thing)

NGL, the thumbnail made me expect this song to be a "Huggy vs. Peterson" kind of thing when you consider that in the 2010s, Hello Neighbor didn't get as much flak as it does today.
I love that Mr Peterson’s icon is just a PNG of himself, compared to Huggy Wuggy who has an actual icon. I just thought it was a funny detail.
