    I drove it yesterday. The spinning was tough, due to the fact that I‘m over 40 ^^ My kids loved it.

    seriously, this one, and the one in Djurs Sommerland "Thor's Hammer" both feel like they could break and any moment. Feels like one screw is holding u back from breaking off... i know they are safe, but damn, i dont like them. The Thor one is slightly more crazy than this one. Although, me and a plus-size friend sat in each corner while a skinny friend was in the middle (3seater) and the Fårup one actually was more vomit inducing due to it's spinning end, apparently worsened when you are fat :P

      I mean not gonna lie. Thors Hammer is probably the sturdier ride. They're built by 2 different companies. Flagermusen is built by a small French company called Reverchon. The core of their business is selling these "Spinnning Wild Mouse" roller coasters as they call them to amusement parks and travelling fairs. They're built to be affordable and to be easy and quick to set up for a fair and take down again.
      Thors Hammer however is built by a German company called Gerstlauer. They're the same people who've built other rides in the country. Notably Vildsvinet and Hankatten at BonBon land, Lynet at Fårup Sommerland, The little Kampala Express roller coaster at Knuthenborg, as well as other non roller coaster rides like Søulken at Djurs Sommerland, and the Sommerfuglen and Skyroller rides at Tivoli Friheden and Bakken. They've also built most of the star attractions at other places like Hansa park where they made Fluch von Novgorod and Der Schwur des Kärnan among many other rides. They're a pretty highly praised manufacturer, being founded by experts from a different renowned roller coaster builder that went bankrupt in the 90's.

    So I'm assuming the only difference between these and Zamperla ones are the rotations and a few stats?

    No fucking way... if all rollercoasters in the world... THIS IS FUCKING RANGNAR RÖK that got traded awey from "Fun city"

    • @coasterforce
      @coasterforce  10 лет назад

      lukasek1234567890123 This is not Ragnarök that was at Fun City in Sweden. Ragnarök operated from 2007 to 2010
      before being dismantled while this one has been operating since 2001 and Ragnarök was a Fabbri spinning madness coaster, not a Reverchon spinning wild mouse coaster like this one.

    • @coasterforce
      @coasterforce  10 лет назад

      ***** The Wild Mouse coaster at Beech Bend in Kentucky is made by Zamperla and this one is made by Reverchon. Although both spin, they have different layouts and rotations.
