I really want to hear that. Only if the plot line was really well written, though. I get kinda tired hearing all of the princesses have the same type of voice. Casting Idina Menzel as Elsa in Frozen gave us something a little different vocally, but I despise the plot line. But I'm also very picky. I'd love to hear Amy as a great Disney princess, or like xxana said, a Queen ;)

EVANESCENCE is such a underrated band nowadays. It's a shame one of the best voices of our generation does not get half the recognition she deserves. Amy is such a down to earth person. Their latest record, The Bitter Truth (2021) just rocks!

Jesus Chris. No reverb, no layers, no echo, no vocal affects of any kind. Just a completely stripped down basically a cappella sung with the voice of the best female rock singer of all time. The authenticity and how the feel flows constantly from innocence to pain makes her voice unique in that regard. There's Whitney, Mariah, Amy Lee, etc.
Can't forget about Tarja Turunen, formerly of Nightwish! Amazing voices all.
This is how I sung this song to my dad back in July, minus the keyboard. I was choking up, trying not to blubber, cracking notes and everything. As a woman with a halfway decent voice, I destroyed this song in the worst ways, but it felt right to sing it to Daddy at the moment.

She has a great voice, a great stage presence and is probably a better vocalist than Amy technically, but Floor cannot bring me to tears. Amy can.
It's not the toy keyboard that shines here... Amy's voice coupled with the fact that she knows how to perfectly express feelings with it its what really makes this so special... You feel the sadness in her voice, it happens in a lot of her songs, it's like she's about to break into tears and you empathize with that, making you feel like crying too... And I gotta say I've shed my fair share of tears to some of her songs.
