Watch the other videos with him on RUclips, read "The Intent to live", of the things he recommends try out as many as possible. You will find he is right. It will make a serious change for you. And if you can manage, take part as an active participant in one of his workshops. You will not regret it if you are really ready to work.
This guy is so amazing! I learned so much from his great book "The intent to live"! His few interviews are always so interesting and entertaining. Skylight seems to be very good. I have to see it some time. Thanks for uploading this!
