Absolutely brilliant thank you, I have a 76 inch ceiling height and you gave all the measurements I needed lower setting will work for me. No holes in ceiling required!
I should’ve bought mine years ago BEFORE my knees started to be a problem🤷♂️ It’s definitely not nice getting old but the ramp helps ease the ‘growing’ pains👍
I have had one of these for about 10 years ish. Interesting about the front wheel chock, i kept mine on. My workshop is slightly wider than yours , so i have mine towards the front biased to the right so i can open the door. And it just so happens that the bike lives on it. The only niggle that i have with mine is the paint is flaking off on a patch on the deck. If i was buying again i would have the one with air assist.
I found the front wheel clamp got in the way of cleaning the bike and especially when i want to remove the brake callipers to clean the grime off the pistons. Having no clamp gives me the freedom to turn the handlebars if and when i need to 👍
Thanks very much. Good of you to go to the trouble of doing that for anyone thinking of buying one. 👍
Glad you liked it and thanks for the feedback 🙏

Hi, fancy selling the front wheel clamp to me? Mine's broken 👍
Yep, no problem, are you local to me (Brighton) area only the postage cost might be horrendous?
