Honestly this works for me every time I have a negative thought I snap my rubber band. What it does is gives you space and time between the negative thoughts to shift your thoughts to positive thoughts instead of being over powered by them

Focusing on intrusive thoughts makes them worse. I started gaining a headache for days, couldn’t sleep at night and I became stressed out on a level I have never been stressed out before 😢 It will pass
They definitely cause more issues. The more you try to force against them, the worse they are. Especially when you live your life the complete opposite of what negativity you may be thinking.
Just let them pass like clouds in the sky. Over time your thoughts will begin to get tired of trying to get your attention and fade away. There is no time table on this however. Just keep going and dont give up and definitely dont turn to things to cope. Alcohol, drugs etc.
You are ridiculously gorgeous. But i have to thank you for helping me with my processes. Any and every time i have issues mentally, i talk to God, settle down and then i come to your videos. You have helped me in the last 3-4 weeks than you will ever realize.
