currently the only creator that makes me excited when i see they've posted a new video. beautiful representation of NYC, the snow really is transformative.
Reds and yellows popping...is that down to the film or edit or...??? A quality bit of creation there... look forward to enjoying lots more of your art and also being able to say at some point in the future that I was in at the beginning (close to it anyway) when you're up there making your Oscar acceptance speech 😁
Living in the Lower East Side myself, I've walked those streets many times with my camera. I recognize all the spots. And yet, I've never captured shots like this. So impressive
I was taken aback to my own little wonderland that I had shared with a good friend of mine. It made me so emotional. How can pictures even have that much of an affect to human beings?
You deserve so much more than you receive , this is beautiful man! I just need a theater screen & cold drink 🥤 🤌🏼😮💨 well done ! Visuals off the charts 📈
Awesome as ever... visuals and sound... audiovisual ASMR... keep 'em coming please... your first Tokyo vid was literally a soundtrack to my recent fortnight in Tokyo and your NYC pics and this vid are on point.
Appreciate that. It’s hard to try to match that Japan video every time. I’m glad it was such a strong start to the channel though. It showed me that there is an audience for these cinematic-type videos instead of gear-related or solely pov/vlog type stuff.
That “radio” voice over commenting the entrance in Central Park was so cool, took me a while to recognize your voice 😅 great work again keep it up Mike
Your ‘One Day of Winter’ video captures the essence of the winter season in such a cool silent narrative. The cinematic approach you take turns simple moments into captivating stories. I believe that continuing with cinematic videos will not only retain the uniqueness of your content but also strengthen the emotional connection with your audience. But whichever is next, Keep throwing heat bruv 🔥
2:02 min looks like scenes from Blade Runner with Harrison Ford from 1984 :D - How do you earn your money? Do you make a living from photography and video filming? America is not cheap. I live in Germany and in cities like Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Munich you can also find great, breathtaking locations, but you don't get the extreme flair of NY, Chicago and the like. That's why it's very difficult to make a living from photography in Germany.
Thank you! I absolutely love that film and am always inspired by it. I make a living here through photography - hoping video can help with that down the road but this is just for fun for now. I do a lot of commercial and event photography, which definitely helps by living in New York compared to more rural areas. I’ve visited Berlin before and loved it! A nice change of pace from New York, although it was cold and rainy in the October that we visited
@@illkoncept There have already been a few RUclips filmmakers who have made some similarly exciting videos. Unfortunately, after two or three videos it was over. I think that your movie type / style with variants has a good chance of success. The things never shown are the sides of a city that don't yet exist on RUclips. It takes a good eye and feeling to capture these scenes. Many years later, they will be contemporary documents. The type of narrative is the be-all and end-all for today's photo and film art. I wish you lots of energy and stamina for many films ✌️🫶👍
New york is still a beautiful city in all it's rawness. It's all about how it's run
Definitely. I love the rawness though and definitely try to emphasize it in what I capture
The visuals are epic, but the sound just pulls it all together. Killed it man
Thanks dude. Means a lot especially because I did a lot of RUclips research on sound mixing & improvement for this one haha
So dreamy 😍 Can’t wait to see more illkoncept films
You’ll be the first to see ♥️🎬
This felt like a trip to NY in the 90s... Really magic! So much essence!
Thank you! Always trying to evoke the feeling of an older New York 🙌

Too kind. Thank you so much. It really does transform the city. I wish it would happen more often during the winter
Yeah, this is the lost poetry of the cinema. This is one of the things that has been lost.
Thank you so much for this! Super late reply but I appreciate it 🙌
I love how you edited the video. Showing video footage with beautiful snapshots, while the soundtrack ties it all together. Inspiring stuff!
Appreciate that! So glad you enjoyed the format bc I love making this kind of video
Your videos are honestly amazing. Keep going
This type of content is so inspiring, your ability to compose is breathtaking!
Thanks so much! Means more than you know

Your video parts truly look like they're 80's Hollywood B-team 35mm stock footage. Absolutely atmospheric and gorgeouss!
I love that! Thank you so much 🎞️

Came out of nowhere with that Japan video and even though you raised the bar with that you still haven't lowered it. Another dope video.

Oh the park! 😭🙏
A true winter wonderland in the snow
Bellissimo complimenti.. New York ha un atmosfera magica con la neve e spero un giorno di poter venire a visitarla. Un saluto dalla Sicilia(Italia)😊
