Thanks for teaching, rather than pushing self promotion or jumping on the latest hypebeast trend. Happy to see there’s still quality videos on RUclips, thank you Adrien.
I really love the fact that you show us the art of photography and incentivize people to go out there and make their own art.
You are inspiring, Adrien.
Thanks for your comment :)
I like your shaving analogy. I started single blade shaving a few years ago and it really changed my perspective to enjoy and appreciate the process vs just being annoyed by the routine task.
Thank you so much for the videos it helped me so much . Keep the videos coming cant wait for more. I started yesterday to go out and take some pictures. Enjoyed it alot i will go today again.
Thank you for your content. It helps me learn how to use 35 lens appropriately. Look forward to seeing another videos.
I'm not good at using the 35mm lens angle of view, but I learn a lot of thoughts from watching the video. Thank you.
I love the 35mm lens, it's the lens I use the most ❤
Same here!
amazing pics again!! 🥰
I decide to buy Fuji X100VI because of your 35 mm videos!!
i really really love the 3th photo you've showing us at 0:29! So good dynamic range balanced, wonderful sharpnes and nice contrast
How do you feel about the 35mm focal length? Just less than a year ago you mentioned that you found it challenging to take interesting photos with because it’s so close to how we see the world. Do you still feel this way?
How come you use f/4 for the shots where the subject was further away, such as the Ferris wheel? Would you manual focus on that so the “blur” would be behind it? If that makes sense. I’m a noob so I’m thinking to capture the palm trees and the distant wheel I’d use a larger aperture number for more depth of field
Great pictures as usual and I learn a lot after this video. I own the Ricoh GR III, still wonder if the 35mm crop mode could produce similar composition to yours?
@7:30 time to learn some bird calls. Loving the educational content. Keep it up!
Glad you like them!
I think you spend a good amount of time describing each shot! Not too long, not too short.
Some RUclips’s do it really long and that gets a bit annoying.
Thanks for the feedback!
Beautiful images with great composition. I also have the Sony Zeiss 35mm 2.8 and use it a lot.
J'adore tes vidéos. Un grand merci pour tes conseils
Avec plaisir :)
Man, I love your contents. Do you have any lessons on your photography and cinematography?
Not yet! but I should start working on a course or something
Make a video on your LUTs and color grading
Personally, I like it better without subtitles 🙂 Nice pictures
Thanks for the feedback :)
I agree!
I didn’t even notice the subtitles, but you are not hard to understand so they’re not really necessary. The RUclips CC is good enough.
Really inspiring work, discovered your channel and been working through your videos. Has reignited my passion for photography. Can I ask what focus settings/modes you use on your Sony? I have an A7RIII and am trying to work out what works for me and what is best for accurate, decisive focus that allows lock/recompose etc. Would really appreciate any pointers - missing focus is very upsetting. Perhaps I am just using too wide an aperture for a given scenario.
Apologies, I found your video on settings - thanks so much for sharing!
Highly recommend the museum in Hiroshima. Thanks for sharing your process.
Thanks for your comment!
Love that video, hearing your thoughts. Really helpful! Thank you. :)
Great shots!
Thanks!
is the lens you're using in this video the samyang or the sony? which do you prefer, i'm looking to buy one of them for my a7cii
It's the Sony. I prefer it over the Samyang but the difference is not that big
Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
I get used to 24mm point of view and learn 35mm point from you,
In Hiroshima yes?
Yes ;)
I love his pictures. I can roughly understand what he is saying when he uses the example of shaving, but I would like to know more about his meaning. Could someone please translate it all into Japanese?
By using automatic translation, I was able to understand the meaning to some extent.
It seems that the metaphor was that taking portraits and shaving with a razor have the words "resistance", "friction", and "habit" in common.
It was an interesting story that I could relate to.

it is a sin if you add flying birds on the photos with IA?
