    **HELPFUL ELMO TUTORIAL INFO BELOW**
I make red and black gumpaste by mixing pre-colored Wilton fondant with tylose powder. Here's how I do it: I use one small 24 oz. box of fondant and divide the fondant into 3 bricks. I mix (knead) one teaspoon of tylose powder into each brick of fondant. Be sure to knead very well. Once thoroughly kneaded I cut the sections into smaller portions that I can easily wrap in plastic wrap. Keep plastic wrapped portions in a ziplock bag, and then place the bag in an airtight container. If you're not going to be using it for a very long time, keep it in the refrigerator. It can last for months and months. SEE LIST BELOW for product links to Wilton black and red fondant.

Are you still teaching? I am absolutely in love with you and your channel. I have watched sooo many videos trying to learn how to get started with a small home bakery business. I know I can do it with help from someone like you. I see that you are not posting very many videos anymore but I am crossing my fingers that you are still teaching. Let me know
