    Now I know why my local retailer is selling Delo for $9.97 a gallon. Lol.

    There Delo oil is junk now. T4 is twice the oil that delo is. They changed it to a car oil.. I don’t want car junk in my 20k diesel motor.

      T4 is total Trash with the highest volatility of any oil made at 12% ... What a freaking joke 🤮

      🤦🏼🤦🏼Delo upgraded to Moly anti wear and dropped ZDDP
      Moly is FAR more stable in high heat oil ✅

      All of the regular CK diesel oils have far more cleaner agents in them. With the modern diesel engine the oil gets a lot more contaminated faster due to the emissions systems. If you do not have enough detergent in your oil your engine will become a sludge factory. Because of the new emission systems I still change my oil at 5K vs 10k just to keep the oil fresher. I wish more manufacturers would put more molybdenum in their diesel oils.

      Ive been running Euro car 5w40's in my powerstroke including royal purple 10w40 HPS.
      Get what you can for the money... And don't spend more.
      The Euro 5w40's tend to be strong Poly alpha olefins, some of these 15w40's could be 'synthetic' like Valvoline, Mobil 1, Chevron but I would not trust Castrol.
      Castrol is likely blending group 3's and marketing as group 4's, like always.
      But remember, Royal Purple products shake hands with Castrol with Syntec.
      Royal Purple -> Syntec
