Cops are willing to extend the stop time to justify the arrivals of other officers and dogs.
Both officers and dogs can be used to justify further intrusions into your rights and privacy, as well as the confiscation of your freedom and property.

@@rogernormanjr4315 I know you were being sarcastic.. lol but I never cooperate with the police when they give unlawful orders. It has gotten me in the back of a wagon a few times. But never was charged and was released. Only for the fact that I talked my way out of it.. I am very lucky, but these departments know me as a civil rights activist in my area. I was responsible for getting a mayor and police chief fired. It took some doing, I was lucky to get on the local news which prompted an investigation. So you can make a difference, even if you are just one individual.

He’s asking questions, that’s “uncooperative behavior”. So write him a citation for everything you can think of because he is uncooperative … and take your time so we have time to get the dog… that way we are not extending the stop with the dog!
