It’s a long and slow process, but believe: follow the basic procedure leads to a good result. I knew that I had this condition when I was 17 but only on my 30s I follow a continuous treatment and therapy, and I finally feel more stable. Before, I was just treating the crises (depression/manic)… which was tiresome for me

My granddaughter has this and also is lesbian. She is uncontrollable and hates me only because I am a male😫
I wish there were services to help loved ones supporting those w/ Bipolar. It's incredibly exhausting, and at times terrifying, traumatic, especially when it comes to the suicide attempts. But I can't imagine how much worse it is for those who are actually suffering from Bipolar

If I can survive, everyone can do. Just try to be patient. Just try be calm. If you're a muslim just Perform namaz, do supplication, and repentance and leave the things on allah swt whatever you can't handle.
Try to learn about this disorder we all can survive. And last Take medication till then I'll keep searching the permanent solution for us.❤😂😂 My love and support to all the bipolar people.❤
