Keep in mind it's less busy to the right for a reason. Only one bar if you go to the right. Three bars if you go to the left. More amenities if you go to the left...water sports, sanctuary bungalos etc. Have been there a half dozen times and it really depends on what you're looking for.

Sssshhhhhhh!!! You're giving away my favorite Princess Cays trick of going to the South side. ....and yes, the clamshells provide shade but they are also little private ovens.

It is part of the trip. Extras would be to rent snorkel eqpt, cabanas, kayaks, pool floats, etc. it is a very relaxing and laid back place.

How much is it to rent the snorkeling gear and what does it include? How much to swim with the stingrays? How much are the pool floats? Is there a lazy river or water Slides

Chairs are free! First come first serve. Snorkeling gear i brought myself but i do believe you can rent here.

Is it really pronounce princess "keys"?🤔
From what I have been told the locals pronounce it like Kee or Key (like the Florida Keys), Princess uses Cay. They can be used interchangeably and no one on the Key, Cay, or Caye will give you grief over it. Hope that helps.
