Thus I think there are gynos for girls too; you are different from a man since birth, there may be issues to solve before you become an adult. So I guess, you can go visit such doctor whenever you need.
Have you had it before? Loss of periods for other reasons than pregnancy can be malnutrition, low bodyweight, high bodyweight, stress, PCOS and a slew of other conditions. Search up causes for amenorrhea on google.
Katie Simon I know this is a bit of a late reply, but I think you should visit your doctor/gyno for these issues. I also have issues of not having periods , and my gyno said it can be dangerous to not do anything about it. The uterine lining will keep building up possibly leading to uterine tumors or other medical issues. My doctor put me on birth control pills to keep my lining thinned out so I don't have issues. I suggest maybe talking to your doctor about being put on some too. Hope this can help you.

So as long as you get STD-checks once you're sexually active and get your PAP-smear every couple of years (every country is different). You're fine.
