Just wanted to let you know that I have the same refrigerator and cleaned the coils, but this did not fix the problem. The problem was the air baffle control in the back of the refrigerator behind the top shelf. The hinge on the flap that opens and closes based on it's temperature sensor had broken and the flap was always open. That was replaced and solved the problem. I was told by the repair person that cleaning the coils once a year is a good idea.

Do you know if they accessed that air baffle control from inside the fridge or from the back?
