He's GENUINE. Not fake, not rehearsed.
From being a high-school quarterback in Cleveland Heights, to switching positions and going through some struggles at Cincinnati, to being chosen in the third round of the NFL draft, to suffering an early injury and undergoing experimental surgery, to butting heads with some of his coaches and teammates, to winning Super Bowls and becoming arguably the greatest tight end and best clutch receiving threat in NFL history, to dating one of the most famous people ever, becoming the highest paid tight end in NFL history, all the while doing all sorts of podcasting and commercials and performances all over the world. It's the American dream, man. Congrats to Killa Trav on all his success and best wishes for his future.
And the best part that everyone admiring him needs to notice is: he's still the same guy, the same teammate, the same friend. He's kind and humble and sweet and treats everyone with respect. As Coach Reid says: Travis views everyone as his friend until they prove him wrong. AND per Pat Mahomes, the rookies, and the coaches, Travis continues to be the hardest working player on the field whether it's exercising or all the drills or watching and retaining lessons from game films or memorizing routes and plays. AND you should watch the youtube vid's on the rookies being interviewed. They all bring up Trav. He's the guy who sits down with them when they sit alone at a lunch table cause they don't know anyone. He's the one who makes them feel comfortable and listens to them and encourages them and brings them into the fold of the team. He's such a leader on that team. He walks the talk. He doesn't try to act like he's all famous and better than them. He's an awesome guy to emulate for all those traits!!

Rich Eisen, the best sports guy to ever do it. ESPN should’ve never let him go. That was at least 20 years ago and he’s still the best they ever had. But honestly it was the best for him. ESPN is a my way or the highway crap show and Rich does better when he’s able to do it his way. Athletes love him, we love him. You’re the man Rich. Keep doing you sir. We will be here watching.

I never understood the hate Travis gets. I’m a Patriots fan and we had Gronk and he got his fair share of hate as well. Which I never understood because these guys are going out there, playing the game at the highest level, then go out and enjoy their lives. Reid turned the culture around in KC. The time period between Stram and Reid only had 3 playoff wins, and 11 brutal losses. You don't win three in a row without doing the work, and it is time to get to work.

He's a solid pick in that later part of the 3rd round, especially if Mahomes is still on the board and you can potentially stack him with Mahomes in the 4th. To do that stack last year would have cost a 1st and 2nd, and it normally costs like 2nd and 3rd since Mahomes first year as a starter. Doing it in the 3rd and 4th is the cheapest it's been since Mahomes broke out.
