In Baltiysk, a town on the Baltic Sea in the Kaliningrad region of Russia, the missile ship "Serpuhov" caught fire. This was a new and, by Russian Navy standards, modern ship that was launched in 2015. According to Ukrainian military intelligence, the fire destroyed the ship's communication and other electronic systems, and its restoration will take a long time.

The latest Ukrainian weapon... Vapes that can be remotely sabotaged...
Imagjhe building vapes that have a GPS, camera, and burst communication capabilities. On a schedule, they burst transmit their location & a few pictures of their surroundings. Then a signal can be sent back to short the Li ion battery. Maybe spice them up with a good sized packet of thermite. Not explosives, because explosives could be sniffed out. Thermite just smells like common metals. Nothing unique about that.
Build them into popular brands of vapes used in Russia. They'll get snuck into all kinds of locations by regular soldiers. Imagine getting a few in silos, ammunition factories, submarines.

It was an embankment dam, which is constructed out of soil and/or rocks. You'd know this if you ever made a dam out of sand at the beach, but apparently Russia doesn't.
