Finally decided to release this vb. Detailed terms are in her readme but in general don't use her commercially, don't use it sexually, no politics or harassment/defamation or anything like that and obviously don't break any laws with her. She is just a silly little kitty (who is on a diet that is not working very well)

Its because of the less number of noises. It would sound better with more vocals. But a Neko cant make 50 noises for 50 different vocals.
