My first amplifier in 1965 was 1484. I have collected the entire series and they are UNIQUE and very good amplifiers. The 1481 and 1482 are the only 2 amplifiers that did not have Jensen Speakers. The Cheap Fisher Speaker in 1482 actually creates the Tonal nuances that you hear from this nice amplifier. The 1411 1482 1483 amplifiers have a tube rectifier. 1484 1485 utilize Solid State Recitifiers.
It's been an absolute hectic past year in the audio world! Too much work, and not enough engineers in my part of the world. Don't worry, my videographer and I have lots of stuff ready to be done :)
How about greetings I have a question. I have the same amp and the tremolo section cannot be heard, is it because I don't have its footswich to activate it? I hope you can help me by answering my question. Regards.
Hi Luis! These amps can infact operate the tremolo without the use of a foot pedal, using just the speed and intensity knobs. Sounds like you may have a bad tube, or a wire shorted on the circuit. Take it to your local amp tech to get fixed!
These are killer amps!

@@JamesMcCutcheon my 1482 is all original, even the tubes. It also does have a Jensen speaker in it. Its a great practice amp.
The tremolo sounds great. Very Lynchian.
What happened to this channel? These are some well made videos.

Wish you would have played the amp with a strat or tele for reference. I want to know how the amp sounds. I have no reference for that guitar.
I gig with one into an Esquire lately, it's a great sound, drives nicely
