This is spot on! A lady once told me that she believed in a place for everything and everything in its’ PLACE! You don’t necessarily need to be a neat or clean freak but when you keep things tidy, organized, AND a place for everything and everything in its place motto, you will feel so much better and even when you have no motivation to do anything, you will be in a much better headspace to do tasks, even the ones that you don’t really want to do. I find that works for me, not ALWAYS but most times it does.
Good question! My tips are designed to enhance and define curls, making them more bouncy and curly. However, if you have pin-straight hair, it won’t magically turn super curly without a perm. You can definitely train your hair to be wavy, but achieving tight curls typically requires more specific techniques or treatments.
