Hearing the lyrics to this once again in a voice so soothing made me realize how much the words speak to me, I've been having a hard time meeting people recently, and while I used to be amazing with anyone when it came to social experiences, nowadays I just... can't hold a conversation no matter how hard I try. It's hard, especially since I'm in college, and all my friends have gone off elsewhere in life, and I'm looking for someone who cares about me, but I'm unable to even talk to people without being all nervous. This change happened in a single year, and it's turned my entire life upside-down. I'm just hoping I'll one day understand what's causing this for me, and at the worst time no less.

At least thats how i ended up in a similar situation. I got lucky and met some new people though. Even so i still occasionally call and meet up with my old friends, the internets pretty much the only thing keeping all of us together. Stay strong.

See, NiGHTS is my favorite game, favorite character, favorite everything. I have every game released (into Dreams, Christmas NiGHTS, 3 copies of Journey of Dreams). I’m so reluctant to hear covers and stuff because I have such a strong love and emotional attachment for NiGHTS due to how my life was going ~’96...sounds crazy but this game saved me. NiGHTS into Dreams is my favorite game of all time. Heck, I borrowed my cousin's Saturn for two years (from about 2005 to 2007) JUST for this one game, and only returned said console because he finally asked for it back. It got me through a rough period, and even today, when my skills at the game aren't anything to write home about, it still continues to bring a smile to my face whenever I play it. This cover, though...I've always wanted to try my hand at singing this song, preferably as a duet with a partner I adore. But you bring such a sense of love and warmth to this piece that I don't think I could ever hope to match with my voice or instrumental skills. It did, however, inspire to try my hands at crafting an AMV for it. As of this initial post (2/4/2023), said AMV is almost complete, and may very well be finished just in time for Valentine's Day. Regardless, I hope that with the final product, I've managed to do this dreamy cover the justice it deserves! Update 2/14/2023: It's finished & uploaded, just in time for the holiday!
