I wonder where Otani and Risa would be right now in life :) i have tears in my eyes as I write this. This anime touched my soul and taught me that you should never give up on what you love. No matter how impossible; I'm chasing my dreams. This will always be my favorite anime of all time. Even as I stopped watching or liking anime; this one will never grow old. I am so thankful for this anime, and all the people who worked hard to make it what it is. Ill always remember you Otani and Risa. ❤ Update: I am 24 now, graduating from Uni with honors! I am in my final semester... Decided I would come back and give this song a listen while I study. I will always love and cherish the work of art that lovely complex truly is.

the ost for lovely complex is so underrated. It works so well to bring out the heart-warming, touching and impactful moments against all the comedic scenes, creating such a perfect balance. Was rewatching Lovely Complex for like the 4th time and this time i couldn't help but stop to admire the osts, they're so beautiful ;-;
That triggered something within me. It’s weird to reply to a 5 year old comment, but it’s true. I’ve lost one of my relationships because I lost my way somehow, I didnt know what to do and then I just stopped, and while I did everything just died off. It’s something that I sort of regret nowadays.
I have seen this anime like 5 times, after the second time I noticed something about the music, it fits so well in the situations, now that I heard the soundtrack I realized why I love this anime.

It's 2023 and I decided to rewatch Lovely Complex today. Since I have a memory of a goldfish, I already forgot some of the scenes but I still remember the plot by heart. It feels like watching it for the first time. I've lost count of how many times I've rewatched this show since high school but it's still funny and heart warming every time. This is the type of comfort show I will rewatch over and over again until I get old. Lovely Complex truly is a gem and I'd like to thank my younger self for deciding to watch this show when I was a kid.
