I totally agree, Lovely Complex is so underrated, it has a special place in my heart even now that i'm 30 years old, and I still feel deep in my heart what it feels to be refused, as I was a million times when I was younger, so it's easy for me to emphatize with Risa. I still find myself crying a bit when I see her cry :'(
College Junior in 2024 here-I can certainly say that this rom-com does one thing that most Rom-coms can’t do for me… Make me feel so much for the characters.

This song needs to be renamed "Heartbreak And Despair". It's so unbelievably emotional. Shows and songs almost NEVER make me cry, but this song just really gets to me. Amazing.

8 years ago, I watched this anime on a children's channel on television, at that time the internet was not very developed in Vietnam. Almost all Vietnamese children know that channel ( now it’s gone). Once in a while I watch this anime again. Feeling like all childhood memories are rushing back.
Just finished all of it. Absolute masterpiece. I am a critic and this anime was incredible with the reality of back and forths in love. The comedy is also just too golden and I loved when I could hear Nami and sometimes Luffy in Risa's voice xD aahaha. She is a gifted voice actor.
This was the first animé that gave me butterflies in my stomach. Don't get me wrong, I love SA, OHSHC, VK, etc. but this hits differently. Love love Risa and Outani~ ♡♡♡
I can't wait to walk down the aisle to this! I have pushed past the sadness truly embrace the beauty and vulnerability of this song. What a timeless track! 💕💕
