This is a bit of a nitpick, but I think it would be helpful if you had a recap of the characters you currently have at the end.
Praise K. Rool. No matter what happens, he will be remembered as an MVP of the nuzlocke (I say *an* because who knows one character might just solo the run)

I don't know why, but poppt's intros act like let's play series which are very casual but the music sounds hardcore, just as a nuzlocke should be. You know how to make something chill and hype at the same time
Should probably show the alive and dead at the very end. Super entertaining series. I think it'd be cool to keep track of total matches survived in case he does it a few times.
If this challenge is anything similar to TCNick’s Kirby Copy Ability Challenge, Poppt’s gonna have a real hard time running into every single character online
I tried this nuzlocke challenge the other day, and it was fun! The third character I unlocked was Samus, and then I spent 10 games playing as her, because I'd never realized how much fun I'd have playing as Samus

I feel like this Nuzlocke needs to have rule that requires each character on your team to have won at least one match before the run ends, or a character specialist could just play their main the entire time and never lose.
Score at the end is how many characters have survived at least one fight.
The fact that you keep getting rematched with the same people is going to make this really difficult
Hey Poppt! I had an idea to make this a bit more streamlined and more Nuzlocke-y, if you'd like!
In Nuzlockes, you only have one capture chance per area, and if you fail the capture you're out a 'mon. So to simulate that, and make it so the Elite Smash Nuzlocke doesn't go on forever, here's my attempt at a ruleset:
1. Pick a starter character (any of the original 8);
2. If you lose a match with a character, they are lost from your roster;
3a. If you win your FIRST match against a character, you add that character to your roster;
3b. If you LOSE your first match against a character, that character is lost (in addition to the character you were using).
You win when: You have won 100 matches.
You lose when: You have 0 characters in your roster.
This is probably the best idea for a smash challenge I have ever witnessed

Hello from Germany Popp1t! I love your content and I want to further support you, so I want to give you tips for the nuzlock. First, please don't use the character you unlocked after a round ago. 2. Play aggressive but not too greedy. 3. Play with characters you are sure you can win, but also switch them (for the sake of content). And lastly, don't use your BEST characters everytime before you lose all of them and left behind with a hand full of crappy fighters.

In Pokémon nuzlockes there is usually a dupes clause that you can use to avoid repeated encounters. Maybe you could apply something similar to this like not needing to face another doc Mario if you have already beat one before.
