I discovered that the flight I booked, which arrived SJD 7pm, was a weird thing because all the SJD shuttles stop around 5pm. I don't speak Spanish but managed to find the bus stop in the dark. The sign faced away from the terminal and only had a cartoon of a bus on it. Luckily a bus came within about 20 minutes and I asked the driver "Los Arcos" he nodded yes. The whole bus ride was dark and I jumped off when driver called out "Marina". I really wasn't sure what was going to happen but I got to Cabo eventually. It seems the locals know the buses but there is no signage for tourists. Getting to Aguila next day was equally confusing.
