Sushi Bake with Salmon, Avocado & Shrimp

Sushi bake is a deconstructed sushi roll. It’s not only delicious but also fun to eat. If you love eating sushi but always struggling to make a roll of your own, like myself, then sushi bake is for you too. Just simply combine or layer all your favorite sushi ingredients in one baking dish and bake them. And when you eat it, just simply scoop a little bit of every layer of deliciousness in your sushi bake, and wrap it with your roasted Nori (or seaweeds sheet) & voila!... Sushi cravings satisfied! This dish is great for lunch, dinner or special occasions or gatherings.
