Excellent recipe but you should fry the meat for 5-6 minutes before adding the onions, cook for four more minutes and add garlic. Cook and mix one more minute
Preserved mushrooms , canned olives and no Parmesan piece ti shave on pasta is nit an authentic italien way of cooking.
Definitely not, but it surely is delish. ❤️ It's just my version, I'm a foody, not a chef, I just try make use of what I have in my fridge and pantry. 😊

the recipe you showed said oyster sauce, but then you said hoisin sauce. So which one do we use?👀
Yeah I realized my mistake after posting the video but I eventually tried using both hoisin and oyster sauce and it turned out really good also. 👍 thanks for your comment 😊
