My child psychology teacher in high school was a huge KISS fan, and was from Detroit. I would skip lunch and talk to him about KISS, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Deep Purple, Iron maiden, Led Zeppelin, and UFO. He was by far the coolest dude I've ever known in my life.
This reunion tour was the best ever in the history of rock and roll! when they came back , and all of the original fans from the 70s had kids and brought them to see what we grew up on! and they lived it..., not to mention,the band was pumped up to do it. The 4 original members have a certain magical sound when they perform!

i pulled this video up for a 2014 KISSS performance i want to thank KISS for rocking it all these years your music truely lives on with all your fans and fans familys because you guys where one of the ultimate bands to rock too. your performances where worth a bundle and you gave all you had to all the concert goers. thank you for all the music and it will be played at my house regularly no matter how old it is!!!!

During the Second World War Detroit went from making automobiles to making tanks, guns, ammunition, planes, jeeps, amphibious vehicles etc. But Detroit played a really huge role in World War 2! There's other things Detroit is known besides just shootings!!! If it wasn't for Detroit we would have lost or wouldn't have been able to have the tools to fight the war!!
