I saw Queen live in 1977 & 1978. This band is VERY simular to early Queen. That's as high a compliment as you can give a band. As for this song, it's one of the greatest songs ever written IMHO.
This makes me want to see them live! Maybe not a popular opinion but in this video in particular, they remind me of Queen. Very theatrical and the songs takes you through ups and downs with the music…tempo and stuff like that. Really cool!
I think the song is about not missing an opportunity to make a difference in the world. And saying at the same time that you need to change for the world.
