Dude, you are the only guy on YT that can get me more excited to grab my camera and shoot! That's about the best thing you can do, eh? Damn you with your camera toys, lol~ All of this is on my shopping list. My idea is to use so many of what you have shown to sell uh, hem, previously enjoyed--or New to You--automobiles. I just think that as I get a better handle on things, and plow my earnings into more and better equipment, I will be able to take vaporous dreaming, develop the skill I want/need to have, and make it happen. Thanks again, buddy! More camera toys and little cheap goodies we can pick up with serious uses--things people in the business never think about, but always have with them and why. It would be very cool if you could show them like you did with these fancy suction unipods. Don't be shy, talk about stuff you could cheat with. One that I have taken to heart is gaffer tape and a kitchen broom! I am going to pick up a real and perfect tripod on this paycheck. I totally agree that a good tripod now will be a good tripod after a few years of being kicked around. The thirty dollar special I bought has to be wedged up about two inches on the left side if I am interested in my shot being straight. Yeah.
But you sir are a stud and a mentor. Ferrari. Nice touch. I shoot a car I don't have to turn in after filming. I figure if I can make footage of my neglected '05 Focus Estate look snazzy, I'm on to something~

Love your videos about shooting cinematic video with the phone. Perfect super well done. I use them to help teach my students how to shoot for their projects. I just have one request, if I may. I know your cinematic video techniques are applicable to almost any location, but I was wondering if you would be able to create one that specifically about shooting cinematic video in urban or city scape areas? I know the concepts are similar, but I think the difference in surroundings might make a unique learning experience for my students and for your viewers. What do you think? Thanks for all you do! You have no idea how useful these videos are for my classes and for my students. Your work is much appreciated.

To your question: Damn, pretty much anything out of the wiz-bang cameras you introduce! But I especially loved shot of the driver and moving to POV of his experience. Also, the shots off the top of the car. That sounds dreary and a beaten trope, but that, and the underside camera filming blasting up the street, are just incredible tools! Editing just flows. Outstanding music choice! Having it "be there" rather than pounding getting in the way of the film.

All shots were great, Steve, but isn't there a way to edit the suction mounts out of the 360 video? On a white or light coloured car it would be quite visible.
Great question Jay, I was going to show the process of removing the suction mount from the shot but thought I would save that for a future editing tutorial. Using adobe premier pros content aware Filll’ does a good job of removing it 💻👍

Hello, which one is best for shooting ? 4k 24fps or FHD 60fps?
it depends on what you are shooting and what you plan to do with the footage. In this case, I shot at 5.7K 24fps as I had no intention of slowing any of the footage down. If I thought I might need to slow the footage down I would have shot at 60fps. Hope this helps

I used the Insta360 studio app (desktop), it’s free and makes the editing process very easy 👍

Aren't you ever afraid to scratch the paint work with those suction cups?
The suction cups are quite soft, I’ve used these mounts on all types of vehicles and can’t say they’ve ever left a scratch. I’m normally far more worried about crushing the car when driving 😀
The shots are cool and all but when filming a car like the Ferrari Roma you need to include some coners
The audio of the car gets quite as the car drives off. But the mic is in the car. That suggests the audio has been faded to give the illusion of the car driving and the sound getting quite? Am I right?
