Could a belt be too tight that came with it? Where the slot the belt goes on won’t move?

@@MikeFixesThings virginia lol. Motor that rotates to move an arm. It was making a wining sound and struggled.
@@Red_Dead_Dad use silicone spray lubricant on moving parts and replace the rubber band. DO NOT GET SILICONE SPRAY ON THE PULLY WHERE THE ELASTIC IS
