If Bowser Junior is involved, then it should be Nancy Cartwright; the voice actor of Bart Simpson.
How about Jeff Benett instead?
Nancy could straight up do the Bart Simpson voice and it would work.

I like the raspy voice Yoshi has in the SMW animates series, I hope there is a actor that can replicate that Yoshi voice.
I liked your idea at 2:21 for Yoshi to sound like his actual video game counterpart for the whole film then at the very end of the film, Yoshi then speaks and it’s revealed he has a deep voice But my actors would either be Keanu Reeves or Keith David, If that were to happen though. Also I would love to see an Actors video on who could/should play both Wario & Waluigi as well.

Frank Welker actually DID voice Yoshi... in the Mario movie from the 90s.
Honestly, since Yoshi didn’t talk in the games. It just makes sense to me that Kasumi Totaka who voiced Yoshi in the games was the voice of Yoshi in the Mario Movie sequel
Yoshi did talk in some games though, like in Mario 64.
I don't know if Totaka knows English though. If DK can speak full sentences when in the game universe he can't, then Movie Yoshi needs to speak the human language.
@@mottdropsie If Totaka did know English, he'd probably speak it with a heavy Japanese accent, making him difficult to understand.

I mean, I don't know if they should even give Yoshi a voice other than the game one. He only says his name so giving him a star talent voice would be a bit of an useless move. 🤔

Yeah he does well as villains. For example he did a pretty good job as Nigel The Cockatoo from the Rio franchise.

He will most likely be just voiced by either Dee Bradley Baker or Frank Welker. Since Yoshi is supposed to typically be interpreted as an actual animal because he's a pet. So there doesn't really need to be a big name actor. Anyway for other characters, I want Danny Devito as Wario and Lisa kudrow as Daisy.
Frank Welker did the sounds of Yoshi in the 1993 film and Dee Bradley baker can be the voice of yoshi. I think Samantha Mathis should be Rosalina. John Leguiziamo can be Waluigi and Kirk Baltz can be Wario. I think Lio Tipton can be Daisy. Adrienne palicki can be Dixie Kong. Scott Lawrence can be King K Rool. David Arquette as Funky Kong, and Martin Starr as Swanky Kong.

One of the fan games (besides Luigi’s Adventure 2 OSE, Hold Left to Win, Rainbow Switch Palace, A Hundred Levels of Pure Hell, Super Bowser World and Stupid Mario World) I’m planning to make, whether or not to give it a multitude of original music, a lot of worlds and especially levels, and make it a hack by Super Mario World Central if Nintendo can’t make that game themselves, is Yoshi vs. Boshi (or imagine if the tables were turned and Boshi were the false protagonist and Yoshi were the false antagonist.).
P. S. I also want to make a movie in the future where Pac-Man characters are in their Pac-Man World 2 designs with Sam Elliot as Pac-Bear and Patrick Warburton as a ghost (or a bird from Tails Beyond America, one of the members of the “Squishy Bears” whereas the characters look like they came from An American Tail: Fievel Goes West, including but not limited to Tanya Mousekewitz in her saloon girl makeup).
