You have to enter the cave and kill the Demi humans, there is a boss fight with two strong enemies but you can get help . Once you beat that just keep going trough the cave instead of choosing to go back to the beginning and you will end up on the other side of the island

Those demi bosses are the easiest ones in game , if you have trouble with those you have a problem
Magic and overleveling makes everything easy. If you used either, you don't really get to voice your opinion on difficulty

Don’t gatekeep about difficulty. Some bosses are harder to others. You could struggle at one boss and others can defeat that boss in one go
Some builds require accessing the Church of Dragon Communion before they become viable, therefore these bosses would not be easy on those types of builds.

Well I watched your video three times and I went that exact path and I didn't find the place you found I found a place called limb grave tunnels there's no boss in there
I killed the glintstone dragon that guards the glintstone key and it said that new dragonic abilities were unlocked but I don't see them at the alter
