    bro compared to my 1 year old yours is very good I only train front and muscle ups and I just learned full front and you already have planch good job

      Thanks first of all!🙏 It’s great that you reached your goal this year-not everyone can get a front in just one year. I can say I’m lucky to have good genetics and amazing support from friends I met through calisthenics, who are helping me on my journey.

      ​@@Lofi_swI wanted to focus only on front and hadstand but I don't have a hadstand and getting the balance is a little difficult maybe I'll go for planch

      @@blockbr4185 I think a handstand is a must, and you should aim to hold it for at least 20 seconds. And Incorporate planche training into it,to create a solid push workout.

      Thanks, man! I currently train 5 times a week, but sometimes I train every day, and occasionally even multiple times a day.
